I think the name of the guy is Dave. I saw him at the Faded concert last week.

There is a kitten that some jackass keeps tied up to a rope outside his chicken restaurant.
here in Ansan. It doesn't have any water, it's not growing properly, and when I try to pet it, it is scared, but it wants to play, cus it jumps at my toes in my sandles.

I know he rescues animals and I wanted to let him know about this poor little kitty.

Any info appreciated.
