Anyone familar with Photoshop, maybe you can help me. How do you resize a layer? I can't find any way to do it.
Thanks |

A couple of possibilities I found:
1) PS7: Go to the Edit menu, choose Transform and then select Scale. A box will appear around your layer. Hold down the Shift key to keep the original image proportionate, then click and hold on a corner handle of the box and resize your layer by pulling diagonally towards the center.
2) Ctrl T for Transform is part of the answer. First go to Navigator and reduce the overall image so that you have some space around it. Now do the Ctrl T which will give you the handles to "pull" the image in. If you hold down the Shift key while dragging the corner in the image proportions will stay the same.
Or maybe this is more accurate.

Great, thanks guys....I'll try it today. I was resizing the original image before pasting it in to the main file, but it's difficult to get the size exactly right. |
