I always get major cravings for chocolate before 'girl time' and if I'm feeling down, then a bit of chocolate always makes me feel better. I've noticed that my girl students will always go for chocolate over regular candy. Why is that?

Go ahead and call me a weirdo but I bet she'd look tasty even without the chocolate. Wink

sigh..leave it to boys to post a pic of a woman covered in chocolate.

chocolate does bring comfort, yes, clg. it's a fact. something about brain chemicals. and i didn't even read that link that was posted. so, no idea what that said.

but, i've heard it's a fact. and plus, it tastes really good. i prefer to melt it in my mouth instead of crunch thru it. but, i only get cravings for it now and then...when i'm needing some sort of comfort.

Woah, haven't you heard? They've discovered dark chocolate is a carcinogenic stew, you're better off smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day than eating that stuff!

Yeah, me too. White chocolate, too. I don't buy boxes of chocolate 'cuz they have both of the above mentioned chocolates, plus some of the fillings are nasty (like orange filling in a dark chocolate shell *barf*)..

I wish there were Easter candy here. I loved biting the ears off chocolate bunnies Twisted Evil

The ABC chocolates here are so awesome. I bought a ginormous bag for my niece to take to school and pass out among her classmates. My husband recommended she pass out pumpkin candy, 'cuz it's more traditional, but you know how that would go over with a bunch of 9 year olds....

I'm confused how some women I know can blame half a pound of chocolate for adding five pounds of body weight.

Call me crazy but there are times I could virtually live on chocolate and there are other times I won't go near the stuff. It actually gives me a migraine when I don't want it and I eat it anyway! I seriously believe it's tied to hormones especially with women.
White chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate; it's all goooooood! BTW Bulsajo, the link didn't work Confused
