I posted my resume on Dave's and a few other sites and I am now receiving spam from everywhere.
I did get a response from Worldhunt, Etik and Park english but my system will not open the park english site.
Does anyone know of a school that needs a teacher for September or October 1st, please let me know. Also which schools hire older teachers.

Has anyone become fed up with the job search and gone to Korea to look in person?
Sorry about the rant.

Actually, I am originally from Ontario.

If you know of a school that will need a teacher around September or October 1st, please let me know. Also I am interested in teaching adults.
I am a good 52 and realize not all the schools will be willing to hire people over 25; that is their loss.
Thanks

Pak Yu Man:
Heck ya. I figure ya'll need to be teaching those younguns some proper English over there, and I mean good old southern Baptist American English. And because I also speak pretty good Franglaise, I could throw in the odd word of Acadian French to broaden their understanding of the world. I figure I'd be a godsend to ya'll.

the main adult hagwons are English Channel, Pagoda (English Direct), YBM. I came pretty close to signing for English Channel, sounds a very easy job, 1:1 teaching adults. Split shifts though..7-11 and 6-10.

Just do a search on the job page and there will be plenty of adverts

Hey, how are you? I know of a good school that is looking for teachers all through August and Sept. It's a chain school, company owned, and has locations all over Korea. You can pretty much pick your city if you let me know in advance where you want to work, the school has locations in Changwon, Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, Daejeon, Bundang, Seoul, and Ilsan and also a bunch of privately owned schools in other places (franchises). Email me if you're interested: [email protected]
