Is right man, I realised I couldn't go without a cup of tea after about 2 weeks and got me mam to send about 250 teabags over. I would invite you round for a cup, but they've nearly run out i'm afraid.

tv..... can't help you there

pubs..... forget it

english accents...... you can find a few here, I think i miss the humour more though

radio..... interweb

clubbing....... its here, minus the drugs Sad

your mates....... make some new ones

I'd definitely go to your local Carrefour and get their cheapo Darjeeling or Ceylon. about 70p for a box of 20 bags.. not too bad. Taste is actually quite good as well.

I am lucky that my sister sends me good ol' marks and sparks extra strong tea bags from HK!

Although I miss my Typhoo...... gotta call mum again I think....

Why don't you try to live without TV for a while? Do something interesting or productive. Join a football team, take Korean classes, martial arts, join the gym. I live in the UK and most of what's on TV is mindnumbing garbage.

Also, look on the brightside. While you may no longer be able to get decent tea, you no longer have to deal with chavs, inane celebrity gossip, rampant street crime, sh1te weather, last orders at midnight (if you're lucky), overpriced goods and services, the Welsh....and so on.

For an authentic long lost taste of England:

Go to your nearest kimbap shop/cafeteria place and order 가 럐 덮 밥 (kar-rae dop bap).....

Hey presto! Rice, vegetables and English chip shop curry sauce!!!

mmmmm.

You can go to the supermarket and get instant curry for less than 1,000 a packet; then go to their frozen veggies section and get some oven chips.

Deep fry the chips in some oil, heat up the curry and voila, you have curry and cheaps - just like from the chippie down the road!!!

Stopped watching TV when AFKN moved to UHF (or was it to VHF? I can't keep it straight)
I don't even own a TV anymore. You wouldn't believe the awesome hobbies I've picked up because of that.

Besides, isn't it better to do something fun rather than watch other people have fun?

Live your own life, quit watching other's fake lives.....
