By the way, Dallas scored 7 4th quarter points, an all-time Finals low.
Impressive.

| dallas lost a lot of momentum at the end of game 3. they really need something to motivate them now before going back to dallas for game 6. obviously, neither team wants to go back to dallas down 3-2, but, this is definetely a big blow for dallas. |

sense of urgency.
sense of urgency.
a continued sense of urgency.
Why did the City of Dallas preplan the parade and announce it! What a jinx.
'69 Lakers all over again. |

I don't really care either way if he plays or not, but that hit on Shaq was the same as the one James Posey put on Hinrich, and which earned Poze a 1-game suspension.
Then again, one was against a puny Hinrich, the other against a huge Shaq...

Shaq opens up Stack's nose. No big deal.
Also, I can't blame Stack for the foul. He can't let J.Williams hot dog it. Just go and put the round ball through the cylinder, you f*g.
If you're gonna celebrate in the end zone, expect to have your clock cleaned the next time you come over the middle of the field.
Proper sports etiquette.
And yes, Wade needs to be stopped. He's the Heat's Nash. If he goes, so does the Heat. If not, then expect a repeat of Games 1 and 2.

I want to be Dwyane Wade -- and Gary Payton -- when I grow up.
Howard pulls a C-Webb!
One more, baby! One more!

Is "touching" a foul? Why can't no one lay a finger on Wayde without being whistled for a foul?
Just like there is an anti-Cowboy bias in the NFL Hall, there is a f*cking conspiracy against the Mavs in the Finals. And I can do nothing about it.
Let's determine the reason.
If the Mavs sweep the Heat, then the NBA won't profit of its product as much as it potentially could.
"Oh, I know. We'll stretch this series to 7 games. That way, everyone will make more money."
"But the Mavs are a vastly superior team. Won't we screw 'em?"
"You don't worry about that, Johnny. We need to make money, and overinflate the Heat's strengths by having officials make the worst calls at crucial times."
"Dad, I don't understand. Why can't things be fair?"
"Son, because money is more important. And it is important that you learn this important lesson at such an important age."
___________
I don't care about this series anymore. Win. Lose. Whatever.
Yes, everyone on Miami is a Hall of Famer.
Yes, they deserve to win.
Yes, touching Wayde is illegal, per se.
Yes, Posey is more deadly than Drazen behind the arc.
Yes, Haslet is the most impressive defender I have ever seen.
Yes, Williams is a franchise player.
Yes, Payton is nothing but clutch.
Yes, the City of Miami has the best fans in the world.
Let's see what else.
Oh, Pat Riley is the greatest coach, ever. |

Excuses, excuses.
Yes, the refs can be iffy with what they see as fouls, but Miami got a ton of bad calls, too -- probably more than the Mavs.
And, after all, the refs can't manipulate the ball to go in the basket, can they?
Miami came back yet again, thanks to the heroics of D-Wade (the best player in the world) and edged out a win against Dallas in one of the hardest-fought Finals games I've ever witnessed.
Please, let's not be a sore loser.
(Or was that last part not sarcastic? )

Show me who fouled Wayde on the last possession, and when.
David Stern hates Cuban. Never has it been more obvious than now.
Excuses? Sure. I can't see how the Mavs can play two opponents at the same time - the refs and the Heat. One is annoying enough. |
