Soccer is such a crap game that anyone can win.
Nobody--except for Brazil--really sticks out.
As long as your not playing Brazil, you actually have a decent chance to win. |

Yup, he was steadying himself by pulling locks of dreads and jerking the defenders head.
So, if after watching that you still think the goal was fair, then you obviously have quite the novel perception of realities.

I hadn't seen that angle either.
I forgave him for all his mistakes after he scored that goal but now...kick him off the team.
Hermes may be a pseudo-intellectual geek but he's right: Crouch does blow and he did cheat. |

The Crouch goal .......HT, come on mate! If we debated every moment in football (was it a foul, was it not, did it cross the line, did it not blah blah blah) we would be talking until we had long gray beards. Every single game of football at any level is full of contentious moments. For those who followed the EPL last season and were subjected to numerous debates involving robben's diving and drogba's handballs, this 'crouch cheated' palaver is nonsense. The goal stands, end of story.
And I thought Crouch had awful treatment from the ref in the first game; he was blown up for being so tall throughout the whole game. |

| Hermes.tregistimus it will be soooo sweet if England do actually win the World Cup. Us English would crow about it forever and you'd never here the last of it on this board. You'll look pretty stupid, all your anti-England comments are well unfair. It didn't seem like Crouch fouled the guy to me and I watched the game live on T.V. |
