So it's Summer now and time for me to change my skin care from winter ones to summer ones.

Right now I am using Elizabeth Arden's Green Tea Moisturiser during the day and it is REALLY good. But it's the second year I am using it and am wanting a change to try out other products.

What are you using and how do you like it?!

For night I am using Lancome's Hydra Zen night cream, which is a little sticky for the Summer, although it's great with the air conditioner on..

Any suggestions on what I can change it to that is good with the air-con but not too sticky?

Com'on, let's share what you use/find good!
Very Happy

Clinique Moisture Surge Extra is pretty good becasue it is in a gel type form.

I like The Body Shop Green Tea Moisture Gel too.

I use neutrogena cleanser. Hydrozen toner and mositurizer. I tried using clinque, but it was making my skin burn. So if any of you girls want a nearly full bottle of number 3 clinque PM me.

Oh BTW, Mac has some fabulous body glitter for going out. Really gives your skin a nice shine.

Thanks for the input.

CLG... Clinique made me break out in pimples when I used it like 4 years ago.. I haven't tried it since. Same with Biotherm. Dunno what's the deal with them?!

My skin has gone through a bit of a change in the last 6 months. I used to have really greasy skin, but it has since dried up. Also my fabulous dermatologist fixed my acne by doing an acid peel which obviously changed my skin a lot. And now I'm having to be careful with premature aging.

i use bareVitamins skin rev-er upper moisturizer for day and night. i had it shipped to canada via sephora, then my bf brought it to malaysia and i brought it back here.. so not that easy to get.

it just happened to come with the bare escentuals kit i ordered and i usually just use whatever lotion i use on my body, for my face. but this stuff has turned out to be very good and not greasy in this korean heat!

Proactiv (delivery) + Clean n Clear medicated moisturizer (Emart) + Bare Minerals makeup (haven't run out yet). Bam. My skin is better than ever before.

In the winter I also use a heavier moisturizer from the Face Shop. On very hot and humid days in the summer I use Origins Zero oil on my forehead and nose. Those little blue oil sheets work wonders, too.

Once a week or so I use a red mud face mask from the Face Shop, and sometimes when I'm feeling that my skin is tired I use a Bordeaux grape face mask from Skin Food. Those are mostly for fun, though.

Edited once for additional info.

Bare Minerals makeup....Isn't that the stuff that's just dirt? How well does it work? I hate the feel of makeup on my face, but if it were just dirt I don't think that'd be bad.
Also, isn't there another brand that's similar?

but i use the local stuff....missha has a great skin care range that is really cheap and natural...its called dsw (deep sea water) and it is really good for those of us with combination skins...a lot of the body lotions from skin food are really good too

i use johnsons baby 24 hour lotion for the body and its great and my skin is sooo soft Very Happy

i dont wear much in the way of makeup during the day as with me it tends to evaporate!!! i just use shiseido tinted moisturiser and that panda mascara which is the best ive tried!! and lip gloss of course Cool

i use that too!

i LOVE the local stuff. and it's fun to try because it's not that expensive. i went through a lot of moisturizers to find the one i like. i've pretty much settled on the face shop's "bean therapy" face lotion. it's in an ugly maroon coloured bottled and about 12,000 won. my skin is soft and acne free.

i use a lot of skin food (the black sugar face scrub is amazing!) and missha and innisfree (they have nice subdued eyeshadow and nail polish colors).

i am another ex-clinique user. used it for a couple years, dropped a lot of money, and had constant acne. switched to cheap korean brands, problem solved.

Roch sunblock 50 spf during the day and Dior night cream at night. Still haven't found the perfect brand for my skin. Clinique really burns the skin.

I'd love to find a good day-moisturizer with some SPF protection. My skin tends to be a bit zit-prone, so I don't really want to use straight-up lotion.

I've been using Origins cleanser for combination skin-- it smells and feels a bit like toothpaste but it cleanses pretty thoroughly without drying.

Here's a question for you ladies though:

In the morning, I put on some liquid cover-up to even out my skin colour, and then walk to work. There's a hike up the hill that can be strenous even on a cool day, and many of my classes are on the 4th and 5th floor. I found I was glowing (read: sweating) quite a bit by the start of my first class, and my make-up was pretty much trashed.

It's not a pressing question, given that my classes are over for the season, but are there any tricks for keeping make-up in place, or do I just have to do a major retouch once I get to work? Would a powder stay on better?

I've found MAC liquid foundation + powder stays on even through a workout. I've been spending the summer in Arizona and it's worked pretty well here, too.
