I need to help hire a few.
Do they have their own board, web site?
Which is their most popular one, like Dave's is to foreigner expat community (always felt icky saying "foreigner" but thought that "people of no color" was even more ridiculous)? This is the price of being bi-lingual: you have to do this sort of stuff (though the money in indirect ways and the trust is not bad). |

Be careful what you post there though, because you can get banned just like that.
What do you need to hire them for? |

Mithridates, that Asian Finest site is awful. At least the Korean section that I looked at anyway. Good thread on beautiful Koreans that haven't had plastic surgery though.
The soccer threads make me want to vomit though. Korean soccer player's legendary stamina this and Park Ji Sung is unstoppable that. *Ugh* |

soompi.com/forums
A k-pop forum filled with thousands of 15 year old girls but theres a forum for 20+ year olds.
I think the site is down for a couple of days though |

yeah, soompi.com, asiafinest.com, and aheeya.com are the ones I know of. I (and I think mith) got banned from asiafinest just because I'm also a member here. Or maybe I violated the 16-and-under age limit.
Ah, summer, the season of the gyopo kids. Get ready to see bunches of bewildered 17-year-olds on their summer vacation, stumbling through hongdae, learning about their culture by going to a club and listening to DMX. |

Most gyopos (and Japan's equivalent) are cool people (especially if they are from Hawaii or California), but you do NOT want to hire any gyopo who is a regular of asiasfinest.com. They are all screwed up bad, trust me! |

asiafinest.com
This one's interesting 'cause they got each section for each ethnicity. I've never seen a site like that before. Each forum got threads like "hot (whatever ethnic) babes" Very interesting.. There are good threads and bad threads but critically it looks the MODs there suck. |

Pay attention to the resumes because I know there are many overseas koreans that will try pass themselves off as gyopo.
Ive seen the resumes.
For me gyopo is a native speaker with korean features. English is their first language. I think "eesay gyopo" is the term.
Overseas koreans are people who basically immmigrated over, that now carry a passport(not Korean). Englsh is their second language. |

my understanding that gyopo is defined by having a non-korean passport |

Not necessarily, there are plenty of white-washed gyopos who never bothered getting their U.S., Canadian, Australian or German or another country's passport.
That said, I'd avoid the Southern California gyopos like HIV. Many have bad English, even more never finished college and all treat Korea like a working vacation. |

Hey, thanks for the links.
Wasn't what I was looking for, I guess. I was hoping for a job ad page or a bulletin. The members for all of these sites seem all over the place on the map.
asiafinest.com seems too weird with a lot of half wits and zoo animals.
soompi seemed fine but the age level was too low for what I was looking for.
aheeya.com I couldn't figure out where the main board was.
With all the gyopos coming back to Korea with the economic slide in US and the relative highs in Korea compared to 10 years ago or more, I'd of figured that there would be more blow back with internet sites and such for them. |
