Okay - that shall be the last bump! (at least, the last one from yours truly)

If anyone has something constructive to add, please join in the discussion at the link listed at the top of this topic. If not, I think it's obvious, but I shall say it anyway: why bother?

I think a good thing to do is to go by the assumption that EPIK *wants* to improve and is willing to take some suggestions from those who know what will work. Or at least those who have some idea of what doesn't work, having been working in the trenches.

Of course we are talking about legitimate, helpful suggestions here. Not put downs of anyone involved. But if you are honest and open your eyes you will realise there are some real problems. Maybe we can do something to fix those problems (so people don't have to continue to just complain or flee in disappointment!)
