|
|
This survey is intended for native speakers who are working at Korean middle and high schools. The survey is being conducted by my students who are Korean public school teachers. It's not a research methodology class so hold your fire...
Please complete this survey by cutting and pasting this form into your response to this thread. Additional comments are welcome (especially where it says 'other'), but please be specific and brief.
We appreciate your contribution to this research and its goal of improving the understanding of team teaching in the public school system. Cheers!

I have seen this questionnaire at least 8 trillion times in the last 2 years. Every student that could speak passable english gave me one from their brother/sister that was in high school last year. Every English teacher doing paper for their masters or Phd. gave me one. I got numerous ones in my email.
If I find the originator of the freaking "chain" survey I am going to flay them and hang them from the Namsan Tower!
Other than that have a nice day.

I second that emotion, meaning also that this survey is very meaningless and devoid of any academic rigour.....

What do you mean by team-teaching? My classes vary considerably, from ones where I'm heavily reliant on translation to ones I teach solo without much difficulty.
If you want my opinion on what's the most valuable thing a Korean teacher who happens to be in the classroom when a foreigner's teaching can do it's knowing when to shut the hell up and let the students think for themselves. |

| Just wanted to bump this up. I really can't believe that only one person has filled it out even though 140 took a look. Good on ya, I_AM_WRONG... |
