I was at Marakech night yesterday with some friends when we heard this really loud music. I went outside to see what it was, and it was a parade of trucks with North Korean imagery on it, and the last truck had a mock up of the missile they're trying to launch with the date 6/25 on it.

What the hell was that? Was it some pro-North Korean demonstration? Did anybody else see it? Does anybody know what it was?

There's no way anything with the date 6/25 on it would be pro-North Korean.

It was anti-NK. I wish I was able to go.

I think it was put on by some vets.

Definately anti-DPRK.

Now if only me, Jinju, and Patchy could have went. Heck, I might of even bought Soviet-Man a cold one.

Oh, ok. I had thought it must have been anti-North, but the music started to make me think. You think it would have been a better idea to go through Hongdae instead of Itaewon, but they knew what they were doing.

I saw it go by and it was definitely anti-North Korean. There were like 4 or 5 cars in a row, and the last one had the fake north korean missile strapped on the top of it. On all the cars there seemed to be some kind of anti-NK stuff, and they were blaring weird music with some high-pitched guy saying stuff really fast and seriously. Wish I had a camera for that!

Indeed.

The flags (if any) would clearly define which side it was on.

The only flags I saw were North Korean ones.

perhaps you should learn some history about the country you're living in?

06/25 is the date the North invaded the South.

I don't think the OP deserves ridicule simply for not having immediately recognized the importance of a particular date. A simple explanation of the date's relevance would have sufficed.

Yes, I was thinking the exact same thing.
