Hey guys,
did something stupid... just got to korea, was tired, had made some dinner and wanted to watch a movie on my modded xbox... so I get the little plug converter and forget that the xbox doesn't automatically upconvert the power to 220V... anyway, a pop, flash and some smoke with an odd plasticy smell later and i've fried my psu on the xbox. Do you guys know where I could get one of these babies over here or is ebay my only hope?
Also, I was wondering if you guys could help me with getting my smtp address for pop3 email over here? I'm in Wonju and I (believe) I'm on KT?
Thanks,
Anirudh |

Voltage converters can be bought basicly in any shop you go to that sells harware.
The question on your Xbox purchase, you can buy them in any game store. The biggest is technomart but be very well informed on the rpprice and haggle as much as you can. Plus paying cash helps a lot.
The e-mail question is a bit unclear, mind to explain more in detail? |

there are many shops in yongsan electronics market that cater to video games. one area in particular is filled with video game vendors. if you need more directions to this place, just msg me.
there is one store that i always deal with and the guy speaks english really well and he's super friendly. if you fried your psu he can replace it for you (220v asian style) for about 20,000 won. the place is called game park and the man's name is joe.
