For the last 5 or 6 years I've been better hard on Canada. I'm here now and I have to say that except for the taxes it's okay.
Sorry to those who've been at the hearing end of my anti-Canada tirades over the last few years. |

Considering that it's only 10 in the morning and I've already eaten a whole lot of beef I'd think that unlikely.
No, been boating and shopping and horse riding and smoking beef jerky and chipping wood and rolling around with the dog and sitting here typing up a treatment and looking over the lake and deciding when to go to Montreal for the jazz festival and planning on getting into Newfoundland around next weekend and jumping into a full bore lobster fest and watching people drive while using signal lights and safe lane changes. . .
If I could have my Korean job here and avoid the 347% Canadian tax rate I would consider coming back. |

But of course I was joking...but the other thing is, were you really hard on Canada? I have read a number of your posts and they always seemed level-headed to me? Why the confession? |

How long have you been back? I like going back every once in a while and it's not bad, but it's usually like this (spaced out over two weeks or so):
Yep, it's nice to be back.
Nice to be back.
Mmm hmm.
*looks left, looks right*
Being back is all right.

Cool.

Beav, how's my belt treating you?
The leather doesn't expand and restrict tightening like it does in the SoKo humidity, does it?
Must be nice.
To have my belt, I mean.
