Oh, that's absolute cheap-shot balls, no? What exacerbated the same problem among the men? Such a random bit of inflammatory crap shot in amongst data. |
Maybe. In all honesty I wasn't intending to bash Muslim culture in any way. I'm not on a crusade here. I was mostly interested in the bit about why Inuits have darker skin when they live so far north. In any case, is it entirely unreasonable to suggest that veiled women in Saudi Arabia, for example, aren't getting enough vitamin D? |

Oh, no. Didn't mean you.
It's just many, many ostensibly objective academics resort to throwing in this kind of subjective arseity amongst all the facts and rubrics. Pisses me off it does. |

| I'm not particularly concerned about the Discovery Institute's history or political agenda. There are good conservatives and bad conservatives. Bright ones and dull ones. Should we reject Yale as an institution of higher learning because George W. Bush turned out to be as much a deceiver as he is a decider? And, if one discovers gold in a filthy place, should he reject it?... |

Intelligence doesn't connote intelligent engagement with the world.

Yes. Or for many other reasons, Skull and Bones for example. Yale pisses me off.

This is why people who resort to aphorisms come off as schmucks. No, fruitmeister, a filthy location doesn't ruin the metal, but I think you'll find those "gold" earrings you just picked up turn your lobes green. (Or your nipples, you are a wild one, Rteacher.) But then again, if you acquire all your trinkets off the ground, you're bound to be adorned in alloy.
But then again, you lost any credibility whatsoever with this statement:

And a big shout-out for you.

| I should have expressed my thought more clearly by adding "I'm not particularly concerned about the Discovery Institute's history and political agenda in my own assessment of the ideas presented in the evolution theory debate ... |
