Is it possible that county (군) Education Departments do not have internet business addresses?
During the last week I have asked 3 Koreans to help me locate (or make) a list of rural county education departments and their e-mail addresses. All of them said it is not possible. All that is available are web sites, but with no way to contact the offices.
Is that possible? I know in Korea that information is frustratingly hard to come by, but this seems above and beyond. |
