You associate morality with honesty and truth more than with religious values. You are impulsive and somewhat unpredictable.

Women: You are a realist and a rebel, a defender of women's rights. You like men but despise weak ones.

Robin Hood - Sheriff of Notingham

This is the 24th and only combination the original test did not take into account. This means your choice escapes diagnosis. Until I manage to track down the author of this test to get their opinion on this combination, you can live your life unhindered by the results of this test... or can't you?

Not much better.

MARION, LITTLE JOHN, ROBIN, SHERIFF
We would expect you to be a happy, well-balanced person who likes people and is like by others. You question whether many conventional views on morality are valid under all circumstances.

(Men) Do we detect a sense of chivalry and idealism under the sophistication?

You claim to be a realist or even a cynic, but you are more emotional and romantic and truthful.

(Men) although you are by no means inhibited, your amorous adventures are as much a matter of fantasy as fact

If sex was involved.

Little John, Marion, Sheriff, Robin Hood

You are the slightly romantic realist. You respect truth, and are broadminded and flexible. Whether you are a man or a woman you are probably a happy person. You like people and they can readily make friends with you. You are not very adventurous, but this does not bother you.

I'm getting a better picture of this psychologist than anything else. Anyone that puts Marion last is puritanical or messed up. Similar pattern with anyone who puts Little John last. You must believe Marion and Little John to be the most moral to be a normal person. Luckily there are no 'right' answers.

These were mine:
SHERIFF, ROBIN, MARION, LITTLE JOHN

The sheriff because he's being what he is and has no loyalty to these people whatsoever. Robin because he made a mistake in getting upset but other than that I see no sign of him doing anything really bad in the future. Next Marion because she's too easily swayed and who knows but that she won't leave Little John later on if things are difficult. Little John because he's a backstabbing rat and was obviously biding his time all the while.

Here's what I get:

Quote:
We find it hard to imagine you leading a full, happy life. The warmth and give-and-take of love are not for you. Your sex life is ringed with unreality, and you neither understand nor appreciate women.

Check the second one, it says:

Quote:
ROBIN, SHERIFF, LITTLE JOHN, MARION
You have a very chauvinistic and outdated outlook on life. Your values and principles are defined not by clarity of conscience but by popular beliefs.

(Men) You see women as objects and possessions. You demand complete loyalty and devotion without offering it in return.

(Women) You see yourself as having only one purpose in life - to satisfy your man. You lack self definition as you derive all of who you are from him.

The psychologist is most likely female because his/her views reflect a feminist perspective.

The excercise said to forget the preconcieved notions of the charachters. Little John and Robin Hood might not of been friends here. It also doesn't state if they actually had sex. She just had to spend the night. I probable read into it too much. Embarassed

Wow, I respect truth. That's a 'Bravo your life' moment.

Although my rationale behind the initial ranking may have been that I could sympathize with a guy branded by the terms 'Little' and 'John'. (Bravo your life!)

You are fairly broadminded romantic and reasonably contented. You value kindness greatly and try to live by your ideals. You do not conceal from yourself, or from others, you strong need for security, which may be either emotional or material.

Perhaps you tend to idealise women and credit them with virtues they don't possess.

Can it be...?

By the way, where's the fun in posting your choices? People who read the whole thread first have the test ruined for them...

Edit, edit, you dirty spoilers.

Verily I say unto thee it happened not thus.

My arrow through the sheriff's heart spent his lust.

Just a very happy ned was Little John.

Little John: Did not necessarily condone her action, but defended Marion against Robin's rudeness and contempt.
Marion: May have slightly used John as an excuse to get some, but sacrificed her chastity for her beloved's and friend's lives.
Sheriff: Corrupt and lustful, but just doing his job.
Robin: A holier-than-thou ingrate who judges and condemns. At most he could thank Marion; at very least he could forgive her if he doesn't approve.

Actually, this could be a fun class activity for adult students. I'll try it today and let people know.
