The rumour mill confirms that BC might be in fact going after Ray Allen. Coincidentally, Earl Watson is in Toronto this week.

The Raps pick up Model T(J) Ford in exchange for Charlie V.

Fantastic trade, IMO.

I guarantee they're not done yet. WE picked up alot of cash considerations. I expect BC to go big (Ray Allen, now Iverson might be in the mix). WE need a combo guard with experience. Could use VC right about now.

Ben Wallace = Chicago Bull

Looks like the Pistons' "dynasty" is over.

I agree. Dumars knows what he's doing and as much as I like Ben and his aura, I think Detroit can afford to lose him.

YUp, looks like Dumars will go after "Pryzilla." Pryz. is younger and cheaper than Wallace. He provides a stable defensive presence in the paint.

To think, Dumars and Isiah were backcourt mates. Now there are polar opposites.

Stein seems to believe that Wallace's signing instantly makes the Bulls the no. 2 contender in the Yeast.

Dude. Is. Trippin'.

I think it was Shoals who said that the Bulls are basically a glorified college squad. They barely made the playoffs! What kind of Herculean impact does Stein expect BB to make? Yes, they'll be a Nets/Wizards-tier team next season (and probably would be without Space Captain), but title contenders? Come on.

They now have a center who provides no offense and who is a liability in crunch time the likes of which make even Shaq look ice.

All this spinning is making me dizzy.

In the regular season? Maybe. But maybe, just like this past season, they'll get their asses handed to them in the playoffs (Only this time it'll be in the conference semis), and the Heat will again go to the Finals.

The Heat and Cavs will meet in the Eastern finals. Lebron vs. Wade! Whoo-hoo!

Just wait till the dude has to go up against the likes of Jermaine O'Neal and Ron Artest on a nightly basis.

Hell, Martell Webster dropped 29 in his first summer league game for the Blazers this year.

7/11 fg's is the key.

Martell threw up 20 shots and contributed nothing else.
