Gimhea, Chongwon, Changyon

I know its EPIK, I know lot of people say it sucks but its better then what I have now.

Gimhea nice town very nice schools I have a friend working there and he loves it. Close to Busan a bonus for me. 14 days Vacation. 25hours

Chongwon, Higher pay and with in 6 month I can be making about 2.5 due to my experience. Downside far out of Busan. Don't know the city. But I would be granted teaching cert when finished my contract. 14 days vacation 25 hours a week.

Changyon. Small city good pay, 4 weeks vacation. Starts in September. Con far from major cities. only 22 hours teaching.

I don't care about the money. I just don't want to teach 35 hours like I am now. I know EPIK has problems but I have the same ones at the current school. So which school should I choose.

PS.

Does any one know if each city has a Muay Thai gym? I am totaly in the sport and I hate to give it up.

I live in Changwon and have been to all the other cities you mentioned and Changwon is by far the nice and cleanest, and has the best foreigner community.

Changwon isn't as far away from Busan as you think. We quite often make trips over to Busan for the weekend and nights out. Changwon also has great bars and the foreign teacher bar here is owned and run by an ex-teacher. If you want to learn about Changwon go the foreign teachers bar website where there is a chat room so you ask questions to people who live here. www.obriens-bar.com , just click on the Changwon link as there is one in Busan as well.

changwon sounds great.i live there at the moment and i find the teacher community and the city itself fantastic.looking at the brief outline you gave, it also sounds the best career and money wise.changwon itself is a fairly new city modelled on one of the blue prints for canberra when it was built.check out the websites bigbuds mentioned.the city is chilled out enough but if you want excitment busan is not far away.some of us go to the beach there evry weekend and as for cleanliness its up there with western cities, if not better than.if you want more info just p.m me.i don't know about muay thai but i can find out if you want.

Well it turns out that the Changyoung might be my choice mainly because its a High School.. I don't want to teach any more kids I hate their little kiddy guts.

I want to join the military when I get back home and I think this will be a good leadership building job. As well as if I want to get into teaching backhome. This is my last year in this country.. I am out of debt I just want to save some cash for Europe.
