What visa would this fall under and would the tax rate increase after the visa change?
Is the permissibility dependent on my initial job. e.g. if I worked a hagwon or public school or university, does that limit whether I can receive an offer for a second job from another institution?
Constructive comments welcome. |

Assuming you are on an E-2 visa, that will not change. It doesn't affect the tax rate.
Yes, it depends on your primary employer. They must agree to you working a second job. For it to be legal, they will have to submit some forms to Immigration. (You will also need a contract from the part-time employer.)
Be sure to do all the paper work and submit your ARC to Immigration BEFORE you start working the second job. |
