I'm sure there are people who have @#$#!!! over a movie they wasted money and time on. My picks are not unique so feel free to add your own:
1) Battlefield Earth - I'm surprised John Travolta's career didn't tank after this turkey.
2) Shanghai Knights - I almost asked for my money back after seeing this stinker.
3) Laser Mission - Bruce Lee's son Brandon got a poor start to his film career.
4) Batman and Robin - Luckily, the Batman series survived despite this truly awful flick. |

The Libertine: I'm speaking as a fan of Johnny Depp, but the story went nowhere and simply demonstrated the debauchery the Earl of Rochester reveled in.
Family Guy (the movie): Just an extended episode of the Family Guy TV series, with random pop-culture references that contributed zilch to the plot.
Chasing Amy: Pure bullcrap.
The Virgin Suicides: I didn't fancy 'Lost in Translation' much, either, but was at least able to appreciate Bill Murray's genius. TVS, however, is a different story - that whole 'women are mysterious creatures not to be understood' crap made me want to scream. And I'm a woman.

Jeepers Creepers - Worst horror movie I've ever seen, it really drags on and tried to be clever with the ending but failed.
Solaris - Picked this up at the DVD store because I thought I saw a picture of a monster on the back. So I watched and waited and waited for the monster to appear but it never showed up, just 2 hrs of George Cloony messing around on a spaceship with his ugly dead wife, angered and confused me.
Doom - Personally I don't think the Rock is that bad an actor but he must have a terrible agent as he's been in some shockers, this was the worst.
War of the worlds - They could have at least tried to make the characters likeable instead of making me cheer for the aliens.
Some movie with Liz Hurly on a boat - If you ever wind up in a DVD bang with happeningthang ensure you are the one chosing the movie. |

Meet Joe Black - the movie itself is bad enough but the fact that it never seems to end makes it seem like 5 hours of pure torture. POKE MY EYES OUT! |

Titanic I expected a serious drama and a potentially thrilling film. I got a cutsie fluffball romance with Leonardo Di Caprio. This must be one of the worst big budget films ever made.
Armageddon Bruce Willis and The United States saves the world form being destroyed? Hmmmmm. I don't think so.
Men In Black This film just proves that anybody can be a comedian in Hollywood nowadays. Neither Will Smith nor Tommy Lee Jones are funny in this film. They should thank God for the slick computer graphics in this film that steal away the audience's attention from the bad acting. Jones should stick to what he's good at, dramatic roles.
Pink Panther (2006) Time to retire Steve. You're not funny anymore. |

The Anchorman is the best movie of all time.
I think the worst movie is probably The Abomination. It's a horror flick about some kind of living tumor that starts growing in a woman's body, which she coughs up into the trash can and it grows and grows and eventually takes over the house (and somehow, other people's houses, too). It tricks the young man in the movie into becoming a psychotic murderer. The movie is absolutely, facking horrible. It's so bad that it's good, really.
Another movie that's so bad it's good: No Retreat, No Surrender. Jean Claude van Damme's first movie. It's unreal. A must-see. |

Van Damme's first flick was Breakin'. He was among the crowd watching Ozone and Turbo battling it out on the beach in the opening scene. |

The Anchorman |
As much as I hated most of Will Ferrell's movies, The Anchorman was my second-favorite Ferrell flick - next to Old School.
It was so ridiculous it was hysterical.
Btw, while we're at it, can we have people list their top handful of favorite movies?
I'll start:
The Usual Suspects
Everyone Says I Love You
Fushigi Yuugi (Yea, it's a series, sue me)
The Princess Bride
Last of the Mohicans
Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang
Memento |

I hated that one too. Tarantino sucks! as far as I'm concerned. I don't like any of his films except for the one that he wrote, but didn't direct, True Romance. Yeah, I almost fell asleep during Pulp Fiction.
I also agree with you on Everyone Says I Love You as being a good film. Very surreal watching people like Alan Alda and Edward Norton singing songs into the camera. Weird and memorable. |

Holy crap! I thought Pulp Fiction was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen in my life! And this is coming from a person who does not generally enjoy Tarantino. |

If you don't like the Usual Suspects - indeed think it's one of the worst movies you've seen - you're a moron. It's THAT simple! |
