This is a little bit of a silly question, but what does "Moe-lie-yo" mean? I know absolutely no Hangul/Korean at this point.

It means "I don't know."

i have been told not to let them say that

so when they say it I bellow "mow-lie-yo!" then have them say "I don't know"
