I've read the soccer threads and I'm not looking for a debate on the relative merits of basketball. I just wanted to point this out if anyone's interested:

| USA Basketball and the Korean Basketball Association (KBA) announced today that the 2006 USA Basketball Men's Senior National Team, in preparation for the 2006 FIBA World Championship, will participate in the five-team World Basketball Challenge 2006 that will be held Aug. 11-15 at the site of the 1988 Olympic Games basketball competition - Jamsil Gymnasium, in Seoul, Korea. The USA's visit to Korea marks the first time that a USA men's senior national team has visited the country. |

The USA opens its play on Sunday, Aug. 13, against Lithuania (3 p.m.), and Korea versus Italy (6 p.m.) caps the day's schedule. In order to Hangulify my computer I apparently need my original Windows startup CD Rom, or some kind of CD Rom. Unfortunately, it's somewhere in the basement of my dad's house in the U.S. All the Hangul comes out like a bunch of gobbledy-gook on my screen, not that I can really read it yet anyway. Do you know where I could go in person to buy tickets? |

I really want to watch Bargnani in person, so I can get a better feek for his game. I want to see how he goes up against the U.S fontline.
Also, to watch Bosh. Il be the loudmouth wearing the red Bosh jersey. |

I got 6-- 88,000 each--2nd level, 2nd row behind one of the hoops--ordered them online on July 1st. They are for a double header on Sunday, August 13th-USA vs Lithuania and Korea vs Italy. These were the best available as they were previously on sale for a short period of time, then went on sale again beginning on July 1.
Here's the list of the guys trying out...gonna be some big names that won't make it...
