I go into this Education Ministry in Seoul and not knowing who to talk to or which office I should enter I end up speaking to some woman who acts important enough with English ability. Actually some guy pointed me into the particular office.

I inform her about what I want(after-school program) and give her my infomation. She tells me she will forward my information and contact me.

Finally, after about 10 days she tells me schools aren't really looking at this time but knows somewhere I could teach for two weeks only in the morning for 2 hours each day(10-20 students for 30,000 Won per class = 600,000 Won for 10 days/2 weeks from July 31st - August 11th).

I'm not an idiot, I want to work/teach legally. What she is proposing sounds illegal?

Sounds like what she is proposing is a camp. Which is legal if you get the proper visa.

It could be a good opportunity if your between jobs at the moment.
