| Zidane will go out as the greatest player of his generation. Better than Ronaldo, better than Beckham better than any of the other icons of the sport. he was the Pele, Beckenbauer, maradona, Cruyff or Platini of his generation. headbutting a racist puke will not hurt him one bit. Look at maradona, has his blatant cheating hurt him? No, he is still remembered as a genius and the greatest player perhaps of all time (I subscribe to that, he was much better than Pele who played most of his career against amateurs in Brazil and in a weak American league while Maradona shined in Europe). Sure it was stupid for him to lose his temper at that time but really, he wasnt wrong for attacking that vile piece of crap. His only mistake was not to aim for his nose. |

I personally think Zidane deserves to keep the trophy. In my honest opinion this World Cup was a farce consisting of blatent acts of poor sportsmanship. He should be remembered for what he brought to the game, his play in Germany helping to bring his team to the finals.
I think CNN said Zidane had also had a sick relative that he could have been distrought about and the potential name-calling didn't help. |

Satori doesn't have a mother: he was spawned out of the armpit of his sister after she washed with the leather g-string his German uncle had been wearing for 42 years straight. (So the cowhide is a good call on your part.)
