Here's a good one I snapped recently on the subway. It's an advertisement on the door glass. Sorry about the poor quality. My cellphone camera sucks.

It's as if some guy thought,.....mmmm....what if I use all the current English catchphrases that I know! All in one sentence!! Oh, and I should spell 'global' with a 'c'.

Haha!

Also at the bottom they spelled Nazarene with an M.

Aaaaand.... look at the Korean at the top. 글로컬. What the hell is that? Glocal???

yeah, it seems like they purposely spelled it as glocal...(in mystified scientist voice) BUT WHY???

and i think that nazarene is spelled right, just the picture makes it look like an M.

I remember I was reading an article about some guy who work for a company that built hotels or "pensions" or something and he said that the "amenity" had suddenly become all the rage and if you didn't use it at least 3 times in your presentations, you looked like you were behind the times. haha.

Maybe Glocal is a combo word for Global and Local. You know how Korean often combines syllables from words to make shorter words? May be the same thing...

When I took the Little Sisters of the Poop, I drove around a bit more looking for more signs to the place, and the place itself. I never found it, but one other sign pointing the way there had it spelled properly "Little Sisters of the Poor."

A combination of the words: 'Korean' and 'idiot' - Kidiot.

Someone who turns into a jerk after consuming too much Cass maek-jju - Casshole.

Hehehe... Cool

Reminds me of Vietnam, where every internet cafe in the entire country has "ADSL" written on the sign. It took me a few days to figure out that, like putting on every catchy English word you can think of, almost none of the cafes actually have high-speed connections; it just looks good on the sign!
