My resignation will be final in about a month. I'm leaving early because of the pay and benefits issues. No one is happy about my leaving.

How do I put this job on my resume or should I even list it on my resume?
Also, how do I explain the situation to prospective employers? Anyone with experience in this situation? Thanks. |

I'd out it on my resume.
Interviewer: So, why didn't you finish your last contract?
Me: They didn't pay me ontime. There are roaches in my house.
Interviewer: Oh, that's terrible. |

| I had a bad experience in one of my positions. I listed it on my resume and answered questions frankly but without needlessly griping in interviews. I had no trouble getting offers. Most of the good places I interviewed with were completely understanding. |
