This is actually taking from the worst of both cultures. I am quite sure if they came together using all the good things, it would be ok. I just thought this was funny. No flaming from apologists please (from either the Korean or Western kind).

was in senior management meeting in Taiwan. All the Asians sat there like zoombies - only answering direct questions from the CEO. They didnt laugh (at his jokes), nor offer insights, nor provide suggestions.

I dared(!) laughing at the CEO jokes, and offering my two cents worth.

So after the meeting, I roundly critized by the Asians for my terrible behaviour!

Talk about useless. They LOVE being robots.
