TF stands for Trannie Factor. At 0.000 there is absolutely no chance JJH is a trannie. Unlike Jessica Alba who at 0.698 has a 69.8% likelihood of infact being a trannie while Katie Holmes at 0.702 has a 70.2% chance of infact being one.

Oh dear gawd that was a sucky sappy movie. Sorry give me Oldboy, 1978, even the heavy handed Welcome to Dolmokyo sp?. Samaria, Tale of Two Sisters, Of course Taeguki, Shimildo. Liked "Please Teach Me English".

I am not one for romantic comedy. Bungee Jump of Their Own was about as sappy as I want to get. There was a cool war comedy made a couple years ago and I can't remember the name right now. But I bought it and I love it.

Not much for Heavens Soldiers, way too heavy on the anti-american rhetoric. Brothers was pretty good.

There are a couple more I have bought but can't remember the name. One is about a Korean artist who became a legend but then disappeared. And the one about climbing Everest.

But dear god their romantic movies are too chock full of longing looks, consumptive dieases and longing looks. Give me Merchant Ivory for that stuff.

I liked it, there's a few things that I caught on the second viewing that I didn't when I watched it on the 1st time (the same actor popping up for a few camoes) and I still don't know what the frog in box was supposed to mean. It was cool how it spoofed a couple of old Korean stories.

Also it's one of the very few Korean movies I've seen that has a happy ending and isn't just a han filled misery fest.

I tell you Korean film makers do misery even better than the Irish or Russians.

This was my wife's favorite movie for a longer time, and I admit I found it funny as hell the first time I watched it, but the jokes fall flat pretty quickly once the novelty wears off. For instance:

1) What were those soldiers doing marching down the subway train? Tad difficult..."...damn doors Sarge! Damn people! Let's march to the end of the carriage...and then wait and march on the spot while someone opens the door! Done it? Cool, let's march into the next carriage and do it all again!"
2) So she didn't wear underwear because it was test day, and then made him chase her in high heels...talking about panties doesn't sound like very realistic conversation for a couple that hadn't even kissed yet, and what exactly did she plan to do if he caught her?

Like I said, funny the first time, but I doubt many people will still be laughing at 5 years from now. Glad we didn't buy the DVD in the end.
