Alabamaman, I'm just curious. What can the human rights commision do for me? If I explain my situation of the school threatening to withold my pay if I put in my thirty days (which my contract says should be no problem), do you think is that enough to get them to make a few phone calls to ensure that I get my money? |

Not much. Withholding of pay is an issue for the labour board.
And even if they did get involved, they couldn't do anything about the boss until he actually DID withhold pay. |
