Philips Building across from the Hyatt Hotel...the distributor...Pierre....has a cigar store there. How much? If you have to ask how much....you can't afford them then. And Pierre will tell you the same thing.
But you won't get one cigar for less than 20,000 Won...if that.
And it all depends on what you want! 50 ring? Church hills, etc...

Hannam Mart has a SMALL selection of cigars too. It is in the basement of the Volvo building. They had some Romeo and Juliet's and Dunhill's last time I was there. Dunno about the price.

You can also find some in SongTan, near Osan, if you go to the main market/mall area. One of the places that sells phone cards by the entrance has a fair selection of cigars. Prices were a little high though.

If you find anywhere else that sells them please post it.

geckos bar in itaewon has cuban cigars available and most of the luxury hotels (intercontinental, renaissance, hyatt) have them available starting at about 7,000 for the small ones and quickly increasing in price.
