Hi, I'm a half-korean with an F-4 visa, and can therefore legally give out private lessons, according to my understanding. Where can I find willing students online or in person? Any advice would be nice. Thanks.
P.S. Advice on structuring lessons would be appreciated as well.

Put an ad in the local community "free to read / buy-sell-trade" newspaper.

Hang a few signs on the local power poles.

Are you half Korean on your father's side or mother's side? I heard that half Koreans on the mother's side still cannot get the F4 visa.

Networking within your community is always helpful. It may take a little longer this way, but in the long term it will serve you well. We'd need to know the age of the student in order to give you specific advice about structuring your lessons.
Good luck !
