Ok, I want to buy this MP3 player (Samsung YP-T8N) so I went to Yongsan and was told it wasn't being sold there, try Technomart. This is annoying, and Technomart is really far from where I live. I'll go there if I have to, but are there any other places (e.g. retail stores) where I can buy MP3 players? Any guesses as to why it isn't sold at Yongsan?

Emart might have it. You can also try online stores (though I don't know any in Korea in English).

It's funny though, when I get to Seoul (after an hour bus trip), I don't even factor in travelling around Seoul. I just don't understand someone who can make it to Yongsan (I am assuming living in Seoul) can't go to Technomart (GangByeon station, East Bus Terminal). I really can't. Wink

this isn't an attack, I honestly don't get it. I think being 2 hours away from Seoul is too far away. But living anywhere in Seoul, no where else in Seoul is far away in my opinion

Heh, what can I say. I've been to COEX a couple of times and it feels pretty far away. I'd say in my defense I live in Incheon, but if you have to bus for an hour to get into Seoul I guess we're the same.

Can you read Korean?

You can try online shops as they work out to be a lot cheaper.

Yongsan is meh Rolling Eyes

Hi-Marts are several places. They're a bit like a Best Buy or Future Shop.
