I am starting a new job and have the Letter of Release plus been to Immigration with the ex director. I have 14 days to obtain my new E2 visa and the Immigration chap kept my ARC, however, my wife (Thai) and son were not required to return theirs.

Are they also required to apply for new ARCs after I have my new visa?

I am having my transcript sent to the new employer from my Uni even though I have been granted an E2 visa for my past employment (eg they have received a copy of my transcript previously). Is this necessary or am I being overly paraniod about the red tape involved when commencing a new position?

Thanks

I have to deal with this every year too...

I assume they are here on an F3. It is good until it's current expiry date.

When you get your new E2 and job AND have your NEW ARC, then go with her to the immigration office and they will simply extend her and your child until the expiry on your new ARC.
