I find him more tolerable than that iron chef guy. Man is that guy abrasive. He has no problem telling someone he's a *beep* loser. And the mouth on him. Holy *beep*!

i think you may be thinking of Gordon Ramsey on "hells kitchen". yes, now THAT guy is a *beep*. im home now, and they're showing his "normal" show. Full of pretentious tripe no-one could or would want to make. Give me Oliver anytime. I love his recipes and now that im in the land of planty, i can finally get the ingrediants to make some of his stuff. Awesome! His guacomole recipe is terrific. I now know it off by heart, its definately a keeper.

2 avacados
half a red onion (white if not available)
2 tomatoes, seeds removed ( put the seeds in your nacho mince)
squeeze of lime juice and some rind (lemon if need be)
half a chilli ( i use a whole one, i like it hot) remove seeds if ya wanna
half a clove of crushed garlic (add more to taste)
salt and pepper to season

chop the tomatoes to small cubes, and onions too. mix in to the avacadoes with a fork and add all other ingrediants. mix well, but not to a paste, leaving chunky avo and tomatoes and onions still in their shapes. awesome stuff, and you can make it all in korea if you dont mind the expence of the avacado.

Hey, Brits do know good food. My favourite food in the whole wide world is roast beef and yorkshire puddings!!

I like Jamie, I think he is fun to watch.

I like Ainsley Harriot better, though. He was always fun to watch on Ready, Steady, Cook. Shame that I can't get him here in Korea.

Right you are. Ramsey's the man. Show's how much I watch cooking shows. I've seen Ramsey a few times. I've seen his 'Ramsey's kitchen nightmares' (or whatever) on two occassions now. At the end of both of the episodes the head chefs at both restuarants quit. Surprise surprise. Mind you the last guy was a 21 year-old head chef who had never cooked an omelet. Shocked That guy really doesn't belong in a kitchen.
