Hi All,

Have to be quick with this one....as about to catch a flight. Has anyone any views of The English Friends Academy in Seoul. If so please can you let me know, today would be great as will explain later...

Seoul is a big city, and English Friends is a chain, so there is probably more than one in Seoul.

However, if it's the one in Singeumho-dong, I had a friend who worked there and had a tough time. A very authoritarian supervisor (not-so-affectionately nicknamed "Comandant Ahn"), and they jerked him around on his bonus, withholding it to keep him working at the hogwon until they found a "suitable" replacement, even hough his contract had already ended.

It also involved kindie classes, which meant a fairly long day (10-7:30ish).

I don't know if that's the same school you're looking at, but if it is I'd give it a miss.
