Damn, there can't be any kind of comeback to that!

Over the years, this place has been a lot of fun. When it went to the new format a few years back, most of the mods were extremely uptight. They had a sort of Canadian brotherhood thing going on--which used to be called the Canadian Internet Mafia, or CIM for short.

Very funny.
Mods were uptight because nutters like you were probing 24/7.
Remember, one of you actually brought this place crashing to a halt (sure, differentiate yourself from PK if you like but you were no better from where we sat, and for all we knew you and PK and Squaffy were the same mental institution escapee). A few of you took your irrational hatred of this place and the mods into the real world, and to people's family lives and workplaces as you know very well, you mentioned their names in your post.

And the CIM, well, that was the nickname you gave the mods here, even though over half of us at the time were not in fact Canadian.
But it did suit your agenda to paint this place as a sort of anti-American Canuckistan haven, didn't it?

And although you've done an amazing character makeover here recently, underneath the cheap makeup you've tarted yourself up with underneath you're still the same sh_t disturbing jackass.

Yeah, those were the good ol' days.

You were an uptight Canadian mod, and I was the leader of the anti-CIM movement.

What? Are you still stressed?

Ever thought about going to Seaworld? It's very relaxing. Those killer whales are doing wonderful things with the homosexual community these days--teaching them to sing and dance and be witty just like Charles Nelson Riley.

If they can do that for homosexuals, just imagine what they could do for you!

There is a slim chance you could even lose your virginity--provided Shamu has had enough to drink.

Stressed? Au contraire, mon petit encul. One doesn't need to be stressed to call you on the shit you spout these days as you try to reinvent yourself. No need to take it personally, fils de putain; I'd do it for any of you old retards who have slagged this site off ad nauseum yet continue to crawl back.
You're welcome to stay, apparently, but that doesn't mean we have to forget who you are.

He's still here under another name.

PS. Definitely not me

What name is that then? Why do socks have to be secret? The worst ones are the semi-secret ones that like half the people know and the rest don't, they suck. If you meant Gollum or big Black Equus I didn't see them post in a while though.

perhaps because they've been banned as well.

Darling, how wonderful! You're taking French lessons!

Does this mean we are no longer going to the prom?

Just as well. I have absolutely nothing to wear.

For me it was the time Joo Wha Rip Gee apologized publically on the board for calling me a Saddam lover. Shocked

That still blows me away every time I think about it.

Did Rapier ever fork over that 40,000 won on the Chinese Muslim terrorist bet? Because I think that might qualify as pivotal. Where is he these days anyway?

No, he didn't. Isn't it funny how the ones that scream and rant the most are also the ones always too chicken shit to stand behind their word. Rolling Eyes

I remember that. Was Sperling trying to make a point? Something about "look what happens when the board is unmoderated"?

On the old board, around spring of '02 maybe? Anyway, I was checking it out one night, and it was absolutley crammed with profanity-laced, racist threads. I remember someone named "The Grenade" had about 30 threads titled "gonna smoke me some gooks!" or something similar.

I think the un-modded night was in response to people's complaints about the mods. Sperling wanted to show what the board would be without mods.

Kind of like an ESL message board "It's a Wonderful Life", I guess.

Kind of leads one to wonder whether "The Grenade" and his friends had mod socks ...
