I work at a public school but another one wants to employ me in my free time. My current school said no problem and they will supply the documents for my ARC. Now, it is a public elementary school, I am guessing 40 minute classes. How much do you think should I charge per class? I don't know how many classes yet. I am a Level 1 (highest) on the EPIK scale already.

I don't know about EPIK, but for overtime in GEPIK they charge 20,000 won per class. I'd go for at least that.

If you want a bid for your body, you are going to have to post some pix. The more candid the better.

SETTLE for 30,000. Start higher. You don't know what's possible until you try.

How much travel time is involved?
How many classes per week do they want you for?
What grades?
Will you be alone or have a K teacher with you?
How many students?
Curriculum supplied?
Exactlly what do they expect for the money?

30,000 is absolute minimum! If you have any travel time or travel expenses up it to 40,000!

1) There will be travel time, I have been there before an I think about 20 minutes.
2) I don't know how many classes, but it will always be in blocks because they can only have me when my actual school doesn't need me.
3) Don't know, but now I don't have a Korean teacher. They might just assume I will be teaching the same way.
4) between 20 and 40, each class would be different
5) Still don't know
6) Not sure yet.

I was thinking 30000 atleast a month. Even for the 22 hours a nor
