Here's what I need:
I want to run two seperate blogs, one with about 5-8 users all contributing to the group blog, and one for my own blog. I already have two seperate domain names.
My blog will probably be a lot busier and have a lot more posts than the other, but I would like, if possible, to be able to post the same entry on both blogs with a mouse click.
Another possibility would be to have a seperate blog (through B2Evo) for each user, but have the default page be the page that lists the latest entries for all blogs.
My concern with this is that my blog will just overwhelm the others with this kind of setup.
Despite not being perfect, B2Evo seems like the best fit for me. Can anyone confirm, or offer another suggestion? |

Oh, one more thing:
If I want my own blog to have a look substantially different from the rest, should I just break down and install two seperate blog engines? |

Yes, I've looked into WPMU, but my tech skills aren't that great and it seems to still be under heavy development.
I just want to get things going. I'm trying to set something up a multi-user blog for my friends back home, but my block will probably have a lot more Korea-centric postings that would be able to stand on it's own as one of the multitude of blogs out there about life in Korea.
I already had wordpress but uninstalled it last night and now I'm trying out b2evolution.
I guess I'm going to have to compromise features and customization for something that looks good out of the box and runs simply. |
