Just a question regarding teaching certificates. Is there really a universal certificate which is recognized everywhere? I had a look around and there seems to be lots of companies offering courses in TEFL and TESL and TESOL. Also the price is totally different. You have ICAL which costs around $400AUD for a TEFL/TESL certificate then you have i-to-i or seek.com which offer a TESOL for around $1700 AUD. That is a huge difference, could someone shed some light on this. Thanks.
