You can tell someone is new to Korea when they say:

I really like Korean food. I could eat it every day.

Speak for yourself. I do eat it every day and I do like it and I am not a newcomer.

Eat it and like it. That's how I was brought up.

been here 9.5 years and I like Korean food and I eat it everyday.

You can tell someone is still new to Korea when they still think it's cute when kids shout "helloooooooooooooooooo" to you from across the street even when they don't know you.

For those of you who have seen my "why don't I feel satisfied about korean food" thread, well as it turned out I found out why...they're designed to fill you up, not satisfy your taste buds (its a cultural thing).

I can eat it 2-3 times a week, heck even every other day, but hell throw in a mix of chinese and italian and you'll feel so much better.

I'm assuming you don't mean the hell-spawn that passes itself off as "Italian food" in Korea?

I'm getting hungry just thinking about all the nice K-food!

My only problem with Korean food is the rice. It's horribly bland and sticky. All rice I've had in Korea is the worst rice I've ever had.

I'm gonna print up a shirt that says that in Korean, see how far I make it down the street.

LOL @ Grotto

I've been here 2 1/2 years and I eat very little Korean food. Mostly galbi and bulgogi.
