If any of ya'll have info on the ELI Academy in Incheon, Korea, please let me know. Its not a franchised school, so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Its one of those private institutions, "hagwons," that many people dread about.

I have a question though: why are hagwons bad compared to public school systems? Is it because there's pressure to make money for the school? Is the environment more unprofessional because its about selling a product rather than educating? Do the kids do not care as much to learn because its like an "after school" program?

Thanks for the feedback.

EWHA/W has a bad rep. Do a search and you'll find out a lot of info.
