I've decided on the Canon 5D. I already own the Canon lenses plus the 5D is a better camera than a Nikon.

But I'm wondering what Medium format camera would you suggest. Right now I have a Hasselblad 645.

What about 6x6 in Mamiya, Hasselblad, Contax or Pentax or is the 645 better.

I bought a decades-old fully-manual Canon AT-1 when I was a journalist and the durable metal shoot has served me well to date. I love the thing.

30 years later it's still a quality 35mm giving you complete control, AND later Canon AE telephoto lenses fit on it too.

For a backup I also bought a newer Canon that lasted just a couple of years (cheap plastic parts!), and I didn't appreciate the autoexposure.
