I was wondering if anyone has used GMSC recruiting before. If so what did you think of them. Good or bad because I'm in the process of working with them and I don't want to get screwed and end up in one of those horror stories I always see on here.

Hey, I hire from GMSC recruiting. The rep I work with here in Korea is a decent guy, has a good grasp of the English language, and generally gets the job done for me. That said, it depends on what schools he is pumping for. Recruiters really only want their commission on the placement, and you will rarely hear from them once you are at the school, so it depends on where you are placed, and not so much who is placing you. All you can hope is that he is working with decent schools. I would ask about the hagwons he is placing you in.

I worked with GMSC and was really pleased. They didnt pressure me to take positions or interviews, and were OK with me rejecting job offers. I really like my job, and I recommended them to my friend who also found a good job.
