Are there any in Seoul? Where can I purchase simple craft supplies like fasteners, magnets, talcum powder, pipe cleaners, etc.

There are literally 1000's of these. Perhaps you can be more specific and state the area you are in before everyone starts listing every single craft store in town! I'm sure you can't be far from half a dozen of these. I'm not sure what you make with talc powder, though. I usually just put that on my smelly feet and can purchase it from any decent grocery store...

Alpha in Namdemun is the most complete one I've come accross. Or walk down the street 'till you kit the local mom 'n' pop stationary store.

I'm with poof... what do you do with the talcum powder?

Alpha is a chain and they are ALL OVER....

Ask a co-worker where a stationary store is.. there are probably 2 or 3 within walking distance of your school / hakwon.

Yeah, but they're not all as big. Some just stock stationary stuff. Are there any others that would stock as many art supplies as Namdemun?
