I know there are a lot of questions that have already been answered on this, but being new, I need a little bit of help. I have been teaching in Korea for almost two months. After I received my first paycheck, I realized that nothing for Pension has been taken out. It was my understanding that everybody who worked in Korea, for the most part, was enrolled in their pension. I attempted to ask my boss about it, which is not easy, since he doesn't speak English. And I was finally told: no, I don't get Pension. From what I have been reading, that seems wrong. Should I just call the Pension office?

Thanks for any help you can give...

It's mandatory, but only beneficial to you if you are from north america or england.
You'll probably need to visit in person.. they wouldn't help me over the phone.

You will need to take your contract and you ARC card, they won't be able to do anything without those things. You'll also need to tell them the owner's name and school adress.
