| than Damien Duff in this summer's transfer market. I was just catching up on this summer's tranfers. I thought that Duff's price had been a steal, but compared to Heskey, isn't that just unbelievable? What did Chelsea pay for Duff just three years ago, �17m? |

yeah but duff was never really worth �17 mil just like Carvalho wasnt worth �20m and sean wright philips whatever they paid for him... Chelsea just distort the transfer market with their dirty money, buying players so they wont go to other clubs. If one group of fans deserved to get the evil billionare owner it these guys.

The word on the street is that Duff was offered cheaply to non premiership contenders and expensive to contenders to put them off.
The profit/loss on the transaction is irrelevant from Chelsea's perspective. |
