Seeing all the cocktails and cockatoos and pussywillows on this board get censored even though they are in fact quite clean words reminds me of Jimmy Kimmel, who runs a weekly feature called This Week in Unnecessary Censorship. He takes regular clips from shows and then bleeps parts of it unnecessarily. It's totally okay to do that, but the way it is bleeped makes it filthier than ever possible.

Some of the clips are available for download over here:

It's really funny.

It's going to be on television here in Florida in about 15 minutes. Thanks for the tip!

Wow, I just discovered this board doesn't censor pussywillow. Not that anyone has ever talked about them on here. I saw pussywillows in Gangwondo once.

Haha, funny clip. Why would people on those kinds of shows use such coarse language, though? Seems like Al Roker could've thought of another word for peckerwood insteading of saying dick.

No, it's unnecessary censorship. Someone says something like, let's say, "Wow, that's a large car," and Kimmel bleeps "car" so the person says "Wow, that's a large cock." It's not dirty at all but it sounds dirty because your mind searches for the replacement word that was bleeped.

Yeah, I caught that clip (or maybe it's a regular bit on his show) and it was funny as shit. Jimmy Kimmel, he's no jackass.
