When I ring Korean phones from my desktop, the sound quality is terrible.
When I ring through to pay phones in other countries it seems to work fine.
I figured the poor quality lines were probably on account of the monsoon. But the monsoon has since passed, yet the lines still suck ...
Does the same thing happen for other people ? |

| Isn't Skype Out one of the systems that's being regulated out by the Korean gov't? Or is that just Internet Phones for now? |

I'm experiencing the same exact thing when I called my program rep. It used to be ok back in June. But now the sound is muffled and it also doesn't help if the person I am calling also has really poor english. =) |
