Anyone know if it's even possible to find either of these products in Seoul? Just went to a GNC and they had neither.

Could always put something together myself but that means I would need to find organic maple syrup.

Any help is appreciated.

The international clinic in Itaewon has all that kind of stuff, but his vitamins and things are very expensive. The clinic is on the main drag in Itaewon. They have a website. You can see a map here:

http://www.internationalclinic.co.kr/AP/AP_3.asp

The clinic actually has a vitamin shop attached to it, but they have seperate entrances. They advertise "detox" programs and nutritional programs, so I imagine they have what you are looking for - again, prices are through the roof.

By the way, this is something I've always been interested in, but have never done. If you have experience or knowledge with doing it, would you mind posting ( or pm'ing) some more info/guidelines/tips please?

Thanks, and hope this helps.

Now this thread is just asking for someone to make a crude joke.

*resist the urge*

Appreciate everyone resisting the urge to make some jokes. As I was posting this topic I had a hard time myself resisting the tempation.

Will check out the clinic in Itaewon that was suggested.

Have never done this but thought recently that at 34 it might be time to cleanse myself of all the less than healthy toxins I'm surely carrying around with me.

Here's the article that got me thinking about the topic.

Liver cleanse is very nice, you won't believe how much energy you have once you recover.

Colon cleanse...probably mostly a crock, but a good healthy serving of Metamucil now and then can't hurt.

(In my experience...I'm open to hearing your experiences if you can share where you found these products in Korea!)

I would imagine, as people said, the stuff is expensive. I do know that the tea Pau D'arco is a general cleanser. It detoxifies your system. I can't get any of that tea over here. Of course, you can try to read on what different plants act as cleansers and use local ingredients and find blenders. You can probably make something on your own.
Just a thought.

Do you know the name in Korean? I've tried it before, but not found it to be as effective as root vegetables.
